How Delivery Works
Many printed and packaging products are produced to order. Production requirements, final design approval, the type of product and the delivery destination may affect the overall fulfilment timeline.
1. Order Confirmation
When you request a quote, please share the product, required quantity and delivery destination. We can discuss your order specifications and the relevant production and delivery arrangements before proceeding.
2. Production & Dispatch
Production time depends on the product and the specifications agreed for your order. Our Terms & Conditions indicate that a production speed can be selected when placing an order.
3. Estimated Shipping Time
Our existing Terms & Conditions describe shipping as usually taking 3 to 5 days. This is an indicative shipping estimate and is separate from production time; it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual timing may vary with the delivery destination and shipping conditions.
4. Delivery Status
For an update about an order or a delivery enquiry, please contact us with your order details. Our team can help you confirm the information available about your order.
5. If Something Is Wrong With Your Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved specifications, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs. Our existing Terms & Conditions specify that a claim for defective or non-conforming products must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
